Small waist line
Most of us are bothered about the size of our waist. Aren't we? I am quite conscious about my waistline that I keep measuring it now and then with a tape. Having a small waist is always good. You can bend and even surpass a smaller space without much difficulty. While people with bigger waistlines will always find it difficult to pass through a small gap or even they may face embarrassing situations when they go to a shop for buying a pant. My waist line is 32" at present and I feel just OK with it. I still want to reduce the flab accumulated close to my waist. A recent study has revealed that people have two inches of extra waist on an average over the past few years. The ideal waist size for man is 32" and for a lady it is 34". Various artificial waist reduction programs are available and the big question is whether they will work out for ever. Some of them buy waist belts driven by electricity which is popularly called "Sauna". The Sauna Belt has created many negative effects on individuals. Some people have created records while some of them have bulged after using it. The best mantra to keep your waist small is to do some hip-stretching exercises daily for a period of half an hour. And eat minimal food with no oil (obviously, less calorie foods).
